We are committed to the individual client. Each of our staff members is on a personalized AcuNatural health improvement program and knows firsthand what you will go through in your effort to gain better health. We are trained to provide up-to-date information to help you achieve your goal and are continuously improving our technology and service.

SCHEDULING: Office hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM. Other times are available by special arrangement. There is minimal waiting time for new clients to book an appointment---generally 2-3 business days. We know how precious our time is and we do our best to treat your time the same way. We do not "double book" patients: If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment and fail to notify us 24 hours ahead, you may be charged the cost of your appointment.

INSURANCE BILLING: Unless otherwise agreed to in advance and as long as our services are covered, we provide clients with the paperwork they need to get reimbursed from their insurance companies.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, check or credit cards (VISA or MasterCard) at the time services and/or products are provided.

FREE CONSULTATION: Your comfort and care are our primary concerns. To that end we provide free consultations on the most effective way to utilize our services. If after that consultation we feel we can help, you will be encouraged to enter the AcuNatural health improvement program. If not, we will tell you we cannot be of service.
